PILATES FOR PREGNANCY
Join our Group Pilates class for Pregnancy, Wednesday at 15.30 or Saturday at 11:00.
The Pilates exercises are suitable for beginners and advanced students, with personalised training for both groups and individual needs. We support you with back pain, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, injuries and after accidents.
We work closely with physiotherapists to ensure a holistic full-body workout. We also support sportspeople and athletes such as swimmers, dancers, golfers and runners to support their performance and injury prevention
The Pilates method includes breathing exercises, exercise for the elderly, pelvic floor and postnatal training as well as exercises for slipped discs, rectus diastasis and lumbago. We help you to relax overused muscles and build up underused muscles.
We also provide support for health and exercise after cycling accidents or knee injuries such as torn meniscus or cruciate ligaments. We also offer specialised training during pregnancy.
As a form of corrective and systematic training, the body can heal itself through movement. However, please note that Pilates is not a replacement therapy - if you experience persistent pain, consult a doctor or therapist.

PILATES - A SYSTEMATIC WHOLE BODY WORKOUT
Welcome to Corepilates in Zurich! We offer high-quality Pilates classes and workshops to improve your physical fitness. Our studio near Bellevue and Stadelhofen train station offers you the opportunity to learn a variety of classic Pilates exercises that focus on core strengthening, flexibility, strength and balance.
The Pilates method, actually called the Contrology method by its inventor Joseph Hubertus Pilates, is a systematic full-body workout with the aim of strengthening and stretching the body in equal measure.
All exercises on the mat and on the equipment are performed in a controlled, focussed manner and with few repetitions. They are designed to help keep the spine stable and flexible, strengthen the body evenly and improve balance.

With 3 one-to-one lessons, you will familiarise yourself with the Pilates method and the equipment. At the same time, they help us to determine your body's needs.
