Reut Nahum
Pilates Trainer
 

Reut Nahum is a dancer, choreographer and movement educator based in Zürich. She trained at the Jerusalem Academy for Music and Dance and continues to work in dance and choreography, alongside teaching and other movement-based projects. Her work in dance has shaped her understanding of the body, movement and the importance of precision and awareness.

Through her own practice as a dancer, Reut discovered Pilates as a natural way to further explore and understand movement. She completed her comprehensive Pilates teacher training at Corepilates with Sabine Thommen and Lina Zeller. Since then, she has continued to deepen her knowledge through workshops with Gloria Gasperi and Sonjé Mayo.

For Reut, Pilates and dance are closely connected: both offer different ways of exploring strength, control, coordination and the possibilities of the body.
