Über die Pilatesausbildung
Corepilates bietet eine umfassende klassische Pilatesausbildung an. Unser grösstes Anliegen ist es, die Methode so unverfälscht wie möglich weiterzugeben. Dank unserer Erfahrung und Arbeit mit Trainern, welche zum Teil noch von Joseph Pilates selbst gelernt haben, gelingt uns das.
Unsere Ausbildung ist nach den Richtlinien der grossen Pilatesverbände aufgebaut und beinhaltet ein Minimum von 500 Stunden Unterricht, Training, Anatomie, Selbststudium und Observation. Die Ausbildung verfolgt mit grosser Sorgfalt die individuelle Entwicklung von jedem Studenten, um das Bestmögliche an technischen und pädagogischem Wissen zu vermitteln.
Nach abgeschlossener Ausbildung können die Studenten auf allen klassischen Geräten jedes Level unterrichten.
Ebenso haben sie die Möglichkeit, den Pilatesverbänden beizutreten und sich um eine Anerkennung bei den Zusatzversicherungen der Krankenkassen zu bewerben.
Der Unterricht findet jeweils Freitag Nachmittags und Samstags statt und zwar im Corepilates Studio an der Hottingerstrasse 25, 8032 Zürich.

About the pilates education
Corepilates offers a comprehensive education for the classical pilates method. Our greatest concern is to teach the method as genuine as possible. This succeeds thanks to our long term experience and work with master teachers, who partly learned from Joseph Pilates himself.
The education is built up after the guidelines of the big pilates associations and contains a minimum of 500 hours of instructions, training, anatomy, self practice and observation. Also important to emphasize is that the education follows with great care the individual development of each student, giving the necessary assistance to each participant, in order to develop in depth their technical and pedagogical expertises.
After finishing the education the students will be capable of teaching on all classic apparatus in all levels.
Likewise they have the possibility to apply for a membership in the pilates associations as well as for health insurance recognition.
The instruction lessons will take place on friday afternoons and saturdays at corepilates studio, hottingerstrasse 25, 8032 zürich.
